We are an established Event Production & Audio-Visual hire company who pride ourselves on being experts in our field. We are looking for a **Office Administrator** to join our small, dynamic team in Northamptonshire.
With over 40 years’ experience in the Event, Installation and Film Production industry, Video Inn Production is a well-established business. We are a dedicated team focussed on delivering bespoke solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients. We have built our business on our reputation and are proud to share an industrious and collaborative culture with great opportunities for hardworking and dedicated individuals.
Our **Office Administrator** will be at the heart of day to day communications with our clients and as such, provides an essential link between clients and the Video Inn team. You will truly understand what great customer service means and enable us to build on our great reputation.
**What we would like from you**:
Key to this role will be your drive to deliver first class customer service, planning and organising your work to meet deadlines and ensuring that you communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Take responsibility for building effective relationships with clients, providing quotations and processing sales orders as required.
- Take responsibility for building effective relationships with all members of the Video Inn Team.
- Drive continuous improvement - use your knowledge and initiative to help to grow your role and our business to sustain our position in the market.
In order to achieve this you will need excellent communication skills and a highly personable and cooperative outlook. Don’t worry if you have not worked directly in our industry before, we will put together an induction programme that will support you in understanding our technical inventory.
**What you will get from us**:
- £24,000 - £28,000 a year (depending on experience)
- 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
