Working hours will be 25-30 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday. Due to the location of our offices the successful applicant should have their driving license and a car. Onsite car parking is available.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Duties for this role include:

- Creating and maintaining staff personnel files.
- Keeping up to date and accurate record of staff training.
- Placing Job adverts and responding to applicants for any job vacancies.
- Preparing offer letters and contracts of employment for new starts.
- Carry out inductions for any new starts.
- Process P11D’s for year end.
- Record and track holidays on system.
- Initiate the company’s performance appraisal process.
- To use existing knowledge of pension scheme (defined benefit and defined contribution) when providing administration for various payrolls.
- Understanding of auto-enrolment administration and implementation of all employees into the Auto-Enrolment process for pensions is done in accordance with the advice of the Pensions Regulator.
- Running DVLA licence checks, maintaining up to date driver’s records.
- Provide support to the Finance Dept and various Adhoc office duties.
- Provide holiday cover for Payroll, including preparation and running weekly, fortnightly and Monthly Payroll for 3 companies.

To succeed within this role, applicants will require:

- CIPD qualification/working towards one or experience in HR Process.
- An up-to-date knowledge of pensions regulations and experience of auto enrolment processes.
- Excellent organisation skills and good eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with absolute discretion.
- A proven ability to manage your own workload is essential and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
