We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable HR Generalist to be an integral part of our HR team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function, providing HR advice, and assisting with various aspects of human resources management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Providing HR Support and Advice**:
Offer guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

Address general HR inquiries and provide solutions.

**Employee Relations (ER)**:
Assist in managing Employee Relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

Work to maintain a positive and productive employee-employer relationship.

**Payroll and Compensation**:
Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

Report changes in salaries, employment contracts, and other relevant information.

Support in compensation analysis and market research.

**Recruitment and Right to Work (RTW) Checks**:
Conduct Right to Work checks to ensure legal compliance and eligibility of new hires.

**Learning and Development (L&D)**:
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs.

Identify employee development needs and help create tailored L&D plans.

Collaborate with managers to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.

Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
