Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Stirling, Scotland. As an HR Advisor at Superglass, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent advice and coaching to line managers on employee relations issues while ensuring diligence to employment legislation and case law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the health, safety, and well-being of self and colleagues, demonstrating a commitment to prioritizing safety above all else.
  • To collaborate with other HR colleagues to deliver a full cycle generalist service to the business.
  • Maintain accurate records and trackers on key activities.
  • Advise on best practices and lead employee relations and engagement initiatives.
  • Coach and support line managers on people management issues.
  • Manage employee relations caseload, create detailed notes, and outcome letters.
  • Contribute to the modernization of HR processes and alignment with global HR policy.
  • Develop and deliver the well-being agenda.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years' experience as an HR Advisor.
  • CIPD qualification to level 5 or higher (desired).
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Good working knowledge of UK Employment Law, including GDPR.
  • Experience with HRIS, preferably SAP Success Factors.
  • Attention to detail and nuance.
  • Ability to make evidence-based decisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
