As an Employee Relations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting employees and line managers across the organization. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on employment law and company policies, managing employee relations cases, and developing training programs to enhance employee engagement and well-being.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of UK employment law and a CIPD qualification to level 5 or higher. You will also have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and intermediate to advanced level MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience of HRIS systems, preferably SAP Success Factors, would be an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and line managers on employment law and company policies
• Manage employee relations cases, ensuring fair and timely resolution
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee engagement and well-being
• Collaborate with other HR colleagues to provide a comprehensive HR service to the business

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Excellent benefits package, including 5% pension contribution, life assurance, and cycle to work scheme
