Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in Employee Benefits and Payroll.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely Payroll Processing for In House UK Payroll, participating in key BAU and Project runway activity within UK Payroll Team, and supporting on Annual and ad-hoc Audit activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide accurate and timely Payroll Processing for In House UK Payroll
  • To participate in key BAU and Project runway activity within UK Payroll Team
  • Support on Annual and ad-hoc Audit activity
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues on payroll related matters and queries
  • Keep up to date with Payroll / HR related regulations

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
