We are seeking an experienced professional to lead on-site events at Ulrich GmbH & Co. KG, a renowned company in the industry.

About the Role:
  • Operational management of on-site events with precision and attention to detail.
  • Catering logistics management, including event file handling, briefing sheets, and service plans.
  • Effective management of client inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strategies for continuous improvement in sales.
  • Coordination of equipment orders, beverages, and staffing needs.
  • Leadership and motivation of the team through ongoing evaluations, listening, training, and mentoring.
  • Financial management, including forecasting, cost control, and forward planning.
  • Invoicing clients and managing debt.
  • Weekly sales tracking reports analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies for on-site events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive sales growth through proactive sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work on events as required.
