Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilitator and Support Manager to join our team at Enable Scotland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing small teams across Stirling and Forth Valley, providing direct support to individuals with learning disabilities, and developing robust service designs and support strategies.

Key Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in social care or related field
• Proven track record of managing teams and developing support strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent

Competitive Package
• Salary: £28,961 per annum + additional on-call payment
