We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Facilitator and Support Coordinator.
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of frontline staff to support individuals to achieve their personal outcomes and live the life they choose.
You will work closely with staff teams, families, and external care professionals to deliver excellent support practices and create robust service designs.
As a Facilitator and Support Coordinator, you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills through our extensive learning programme and career development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
- Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver.
- Ability to effectively communicate with the people we support, staff teams, families, and external care professionals.
