Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support our Installations and Equipment team in Stirling. The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background, with experience in scheduling, equipment management, and service delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and have effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
The role involves:
- Coordinating installation schedules and ensuring timely service;
- Maintaining accurate records of equipment, installations, and service requests;
- Processing work orders, invoices, and purchase orders efficiently;
- Providing exceptional customer service and communication;
- Supporting inventory management and ordering processes;
- Preparing reports on installations, equipment performance, and team productivity;
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and health and safety regulations;
Essential skills include:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a technical or service-based environment;
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word;
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Salary: £26,000 per annum.
