Are you looking for a challenging role that offers opportunities for career growth and development? We are currently seeking a Senior Support Services Coordinator to join our Morrison Construction Water Frameworks business in Scotland.

As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-value Scottish Water projects and managing a high-performance team. Our business is committed to exceeding client expectations and achieving our Sustainable Growth Strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the management of a team of Data and Technical staff to ensure legislative compliance across all NRSWA noticing functions and support quality compliance on reinstatement works.
  • Providing support to the central Project Management Office (PMO) to capture data and provide timely and accurate reporting on future pipeline and live projects.
  • Assisting in undertaking internal audits on projects and providing support during external audits.
  • Supporting projects to ensure all customer and stakeholder engagement is carried out.
  • Assisting in mandating and managing Performance Measures and dashboards, ensuring KPI's and KPC's are in line with expectations.
  • Supporting Social Value initiatives that contribute to local communities and organizations.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in working within a team environment.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Financial awareness and commercial acumen.
  • Water Sector and relevant Civil Engineering experience is desirable.
  • Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
  • Power BI or similar experience.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include:
