Job Title: Customer Service and Administration Coordinator
Location: Stirling Council
Salary:$34,000 - $39,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service and Administration Coordinator.
As a key member of our staff, you will provide customer service and administrative support to our service users and visitors.
You will be responsible for dealing with enquiries face-to-face and over the phone, logging calls and ensuring that they are directed to the most appropriate officer within appropriate timescales.
You will also use our financial systems to assist with monitoring expenditure against budget allocations, including e-procurement and e-purchasing and payment of goods and services.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
