About the Role: We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Coordinator to join our established professional services firm in Stirling. This role offers a pathway for career development for those who demonstrate commitment and capability.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a pleasant telephone manner and efficient message-taking. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems is essential. Prior office experience, preferably within a legal or professional services environment, is also desirable.

This role is fully based on-site, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The salary for this position is approximately £26,750 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consistently high service levels to clients and stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively to ensure excellent customer service.
• Provide proactive administrative support to meet daily business needs.

Requirements:
• Highers or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics.
• A professional demeanour with a positive and proactive attitude.
