About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team in Stirling.

Our ideal candidate will have previous admin or similar experience, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing data entry, internal databases, and document storage.
  • Handling sales and purchase invoicing, including disputes.
  • Managing employee onboarding, time-sheets, payroll, and holiday requests.
  • Communicating with suppliers, requesting rebates, and processing payments.
  • Purchasing materials, tools, stationery, PPE, and work uniforms.
  • Answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and sending emails to clients.
  • Preparing documents, creating written communication, and using office technology.
