Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of claims lifecycle workflow management
  • Administrative management of client systems and portals
  • Central point of contact for policyholders, insurance clients, and internal stakeholders

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits may include flexible working hours and professional development opportunities.
