Role Overview: As a Clinical Coordinator at Bespoke Clinical Care Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the management of care packages and the leadership of our service. You will work closely with the Senior Clinical Operations Manager to ensure the effective delivery of care to adults and children with complex needs.
About the Job:
You will be responsible for managing care packages, working on shift as a team member to support and improve standards of care delivery, and contributing to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of community and complex care nursing
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs
- NMC registration with a current PIN and RN adult or RN Learning Disabilities qualification
Salary Details:
This role comes with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, equivalent to Band 6, depending on experience, and 36 hours of contracted work per week.
