About the Role

As a Lead Team Facilitator at Enable Scotland, you will be responsible for managing small teams across Stirling and Forth Valley. This role involves leading by example, providing direct support to individuals with learning disabilities, and developing robust service designs and support strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple teams of frontline staff
• Develop and implement person-centred planning techniques
• Provide excellent support practices and quality assurance
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including families and external care professionals
• Create and deliver risk assessments and individual budgets
• Utilize strong organisational skills and prioritise workload under pressure

Requirements
• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
• Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to encourage team ownership
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle for business use
