Transaction Manager - Residential Conveyancing

Kerr Stirling LLP is seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to lead our Residential Conveyancing team. This is a senior role that requires strong leadership skills, combined with a deep understanding of conveyancing procedures.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, including managing teams, developing processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions is essential for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Key responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records and documentation related to transactions, and ensuring timely completion and legal compliance.
  • A strong understanding of conveyancing procedures, combined with excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and communication skills, is essential for success in this role.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as a Residential Conveyancer (5 years minimum).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential for this role.
  • Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • A knowledge of conveyancing procedures and ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively is vital for success in this position.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Residential Conveyancing team and ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and effectively.
