Conveyancing Law Assistant

Kerr Stirling LLP is seeking a skilled Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our conveyancing department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of real estate transactions, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the flow of real estate transactions from start to finish.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties involved in property transactions.
- Conduct property searches and review legal documents.
- Prepare contracts, transfer deeds, and other necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transactions.
- Ensure timely completion of all conveyancing matters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in real estate or conveyancing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of conveyancing procedures.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
