Job Title: HR Advisor

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to various business areas across the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and contributing to team projects throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and best practices">
  • Liaise with business leaders and managers to monitor HR practices and provide professional advice">
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and processes">
  • Manage complex employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management">
  • Provide guidance on employment law and ensure compliance with relevant legislation">

Requirements:

">

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Advisor who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR support. The ideal candidate will hold CIPD Membership level 5+ or equivalent experience.

What We Offer:

In addition to a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, we offer a range of benefits, including 33 days annual leave, private medical cover, a great pension scheme, and valuable life assurance.
