We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance and Office Administrator to join our team and support our day-to-day operations.

The post is office based, part time, permanent and flexible. Normally working Monday-Thursday with some flexibility around start and finish times we are a seasonal business so you should expect to work more hours in the summer (up to 30 hrs) than in winter (20 hrs.

**Job Overview**:
The Finance and Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Handle all bookkeeping tasks and process VAT returns.

Manage administrative tasks related to processing customer orders, including creating internal work orders, picking tickets, and sending final invoices.

Communicate with customers, process balance payments, and arrange delivery of orders.

Liaise with suppliers, create purchase orders, and manage stock.

Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g., Xero).

Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.

Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions regularly.

Ensure filing is completed in a timely and accurate manner.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping/financial administration.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous office management/administration experience is essential.
