**Customer Experience (CX) Lead**
**£55,000 - £65,000 (flexible depending on experience)**
**Permanent**
**Home Based with occasional travel**
An opportunity to own the customer experience strategy for a Market leading Engineering firm - who are a key part of a FTSE 100 company.
You will collaborate across the business, leading on projects and championing an improvement in customer strategy through improvement of technology and processes.
This role can be remote - though there is the requirement to travel occasionally to visit key customers. The team is based UK wide.
**Responsibilities**
- Support and guide the business through a continual cycle of development and delivery of the Customer Experience Strategy
- Manage key stakeholders and champion CX
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the wider business
- Create and foster a culture of openness, technical excellence, continuous improvement and learning
**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Experience with the management, development and delivery of Customer Experience
- Project Management Skillset
- Understand business and Customer requirements
- Experience managing cross functional teams
- Great experience working with top level executives and senior stakeholders on developing corporate level strategy - ideally in a matrix environment
- Strong communication skills
