**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Support - Cx Lead to join our team. This new role comes at an exciting time for Brunelcare; we have recently rolled out the Cx system across our housing and property services department and this role is key to its ongoing success.
You will work with colleagues to ensure the Housing, Asset, Compliance and Repairs modules work effectively. Through your work with colleagues, and analysing data, you’ll identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. This includes using best practice methods for system administration, ensuring integrity and security of company data and adherence to GDPR standards.
You will be the Charity's expert in Cx and will develop, train and support a group of Cx champions to support our teams. You will work alongside our IT team to resolve Cx helpdesk tickets and ensure that knowledge of the system is shared.
**Please note this role is offered on a 12 months fixed term contract.**
**About you**
A natural problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude, you will have a background in Business Systems, specifically with Cx. Ideally, you will also have some business analysis and process mapping experience.
You will be an expert troubleshooter who builds relationships quickly resolving issues and influencing teams if they are unsure of the solutions. You will be confidently able to deliver training to colleagues, conveying complex technical information to a range of audiences.
You will need to be confident using Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 and understand the importance of data governance and quality.
