About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Meridian Business Support. As a key member of our Learning and Development Team, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance through strategic learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deliver Learning Interventions: Develop and deliver a range of learning interventions that cover skills, knowledge, and behaviors associated with Sales Development, Commercial Understanding, and Leadership Programs.
  • Assess Development Needs: Assess development needs across the business and design training interventions to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the Head of Learning and Development and key stakeholders to focus on Sales Development, Commercial, and Leadership programs.
  • Contribute to L&D Strategy: Contribute to the Learning and Development Strategy that aligns with business priorities.
  • Travel and Training Delivery: Travel across the UK to deliver training sessions, with regular nights away.
Requirements
  • Experience in L&D: Ideally, you will be an experienced L&D Business Partner with a CIPD in Training Practice or L&D or equivalent qualifications.
  • Coaching and Stakeholder Management: Hold a qualification in or have a transferable understanding of psychological tools, coaching skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Travel and Flexibility: Be willing to travel across the UK and work flexibly to deliver training sessions.
