About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Partner to join our team at Five Education Recruitment Limited. As a Learning Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in our inclusion unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans for students with SEND and SEMH needs.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to students in the inclusion unit, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Collaborate with the inclusion team to create a safe and inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all students.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support and progress.

Requirements

  • Experience working with students with SEND and SEMH needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
