About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Partner to join our team at Purple House (HR) Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering engaging eLearning programs that support the growth and development of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality eLearning content that meets the needs of our clients and their employees.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop instructional goals.
  • Develop and implement assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest training methodologies and technologies to ensure our programs are innovative and effective.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop training solutions that meet their goals.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to colleagues to ensure continuous improvement of learning and training delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering eLearning programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with content authoring tools such as Storyline, Visme, Adobe, ADAPT, and Articulate.
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and their implementation.
