Job Title: Learning and Development Partner

Reassured Ltd, the largest non-advised life insurance intermediary in the UK, is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Partner to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering induction, sales development training, conduct and compliance training, and coaching to support the success of employees across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support stakeholders in ensuring the implementation and compliance of Consumer Duty requirements.
  2. Deliver induction training, either face-to-face or in virtual classrooms, to ensure new employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  3. Guide sales agents from induction to probation, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  4. Create and update training materials as required to ensure they are engaging, effective, and aligned with the company's goals.
  5. Conduct development reviews and coaching sessions with learners to identify areas for improvement and provide personalized feedback.
  6. Provide ad-hoc training requirements, including soft skills, sales training, leadership development, or product-specific training, to support the business's evolving needs.
  7. Listen to calls and provide feedback on sales agents' performance to help them improve their skills and achieve sales targets.
  8. Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure training requirements meet business needs and align with the company's overall strategy.
  9. Ensure FCA regulatory training is delivered accurately and to the highest standards, maintaining the company's reputation for excellence.
  10. Manage training records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  11. Participate in project work as required by the Head of Learning and Development, contributing to the development of new training programs and initiatives.
  12. Plan and prepare training programs, working closely with subject matter experts to ensure they are relevant, engaging, and effective.
  13. Manage eLearning through the learning management system, ensuring employees have access to the training they need to succeed.
  14. Support and promote a culture of learning and development across the business, encouraging employees to take ownership of their professional growth and development.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Intermediate IT ability, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  2. Knowledge of sales theory, leadership and management practices, and protection insurance products.
  3. FCA Regulations knowledge is desirable, as is experience working in a fast-paced, targeted, and regulated telephone sales environment.
  4. Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with the ability to create engaging training materials using a range of blended learning methods.
  5. Accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to conduct training needs analysis and provide personalized feedback to learners.
  6. Experience working in a sales operation, reporting into a HR or Team People function, and collaborating with key stakeholders across different functions.
  7. A team player with the ability to achieve individual success, demonstrating a creative and engaging style of training delivery.
  8. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with CIPD Level 3 or TAPS qualified trainer status being desirable.
