At RPC, we are seeking an experienced IT Learning Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you delivering high-quality learning experiences to all offices globally, including Bristol, London, Hong Kong, and Singapore. You will be responsible for designing and delivering induction IT learning sessions, leading the delivery of interactive learning curriculum, and providing IT learning support remotely when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and scenario-based IT learning sessions to new joiners and employees.
  • Lead in the development of an interactive and immersive learning curriculum.
  • Provide IT learning support to all global offices through in-person visits or remote tools.
  • Travel between offices as required to deliver IT learning.
  • Create and maintain high-quality learning materials, including self-directed content.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Analyse learning effectiveness using assessment and feedback reports.
  • Accurately record all IT learning activity for management reporting.
  • Proactively identify and pursue learning opportunities from user queries.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in IT learning in a legal or professional services environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Excellent understanding of technologies used in the legal profession, including Document Management Systems, Time Recording Systems, Contact Management Systems, Digital Dictation, and Apple iOS.
  • Proven track record in designing and producing self-directed learning content using Articulate, Camtasia, or similar tools.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentational skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit audience.
  • An eye for detail to produce articulate, accurate, and succinct learning material.
