Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Reassured Ltd.

About Us

Reassured Ltd is the largest non-advised life insurance intermediary in the UK, with a presence in several locations across the country. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

As a Regional L&D Partner, you will be responsible for delivering induction, sales development training, conduct and compliance training, and coaching to our employees. You will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure that all training requirements meet business needs and are delivered in line with our corporate culture and values.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting stakeholders in ensuring the implementation and compliance of Consumer Duty requirements
  • Detection, analysis, and resolution of complex issues related to learning and development within the organization
  • Delivery of induction training (either face-to-face or virtual classrooms)
  • Providing guidance and support to sales agents from induction to probation
  • Creating and updating training materials as required
  • Conducting development reviews and coaching sessions with learners
  • Ad-hoc training requirements, including soft skills, sales training, leadership development, or product-specific training
  • Call listening and feedback relating to sales agents' performance
  • Liaison with key stakeholders to ensure training requirements meet business needs
  • Ensuring FCA regulatory training is delivered accurately and to the highest standards
  • Creation and maintenance of training records
  • Project work as required by the Head of Learning & Development
  • Planning and preparation of training programs
  • Management of employee eLearning through the learning management system
  • Supporting and promoting a culture of learning and development across the business
Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for an individual with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Intermediate IT ability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Sales theory knowledge
  • Leadership and management practices
  • Protection Insurance product knowledge (desirable)
  • FCA Regulations knowledge (desirable)
  • Learning and coaching practices

The ideal candidate should possess excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, as well as expert coaching and facilitation skills. They should have proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across different functions and create engaging training material using a range of blended learning methods. Additionally, they should be accurate, detail-oriented, and able to conduct training needs analysis.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
