We are seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our HQ team in Bristol, reporting to the Head of Learning & Development.

This role is pivotal to the department, ensuring learning initiatives succeed through excellent administration, coordination, and support.

You will work at pace, supporting the L&D team in delivering training solutions across the business, from creation to impact measurement.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys implementing new processes and driving efficiencies.

Key responsibilities include managing training logistics, implementing learning initiatives, and tracking their effectiveness.

You will also help produce insights that support operational stakeholders and contribute to shaping our people and leaders' futures.

In this dynamic role, you will provide administrative and analytical support to the Learning & Development team, prioritising tasks based on the needs of the team and the wider business.

This includes delivering training and development solutions across all three brands, managing bookings, and liaising with external providers.

You will use our LMS to update courses completions and report to senior stakeholders.

Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills are required, along with experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.

You will handle high levels of data to produce accurate reports and excel in your work.
