Young Children's Learning and Development Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Young Children's Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at RAFAKidz Nursery, MOD Abbey Wood, Stoke Gifford, Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional learning, development, and care for children aged 0-5 years.
You will work collaboratively with a team to create engaging experiences for our children, develop strong partnerships with parents/carers, and maintain accurate records that meet Ofsted requirements. In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a comprehensive induction experience, training opportunities, and hands-on learning from experienced colleagues.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £50.00 per hour, plus benefits that include subsidised childcare for all permanent staff members, commitment to career progression and internal promotions, time off during the Christmas period, onsite gym facilities at designated locations, and eligibility for Blue Light Discount Card.
