We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Minibus Transport Specialist to join our team at Adversa Recruitment. As a Minibus Transport Specialist, you will be responsible for safely transporting SEND children and young people to and from school using a minibus. You will need to perform daily vehicle checks to ensure the safety of the children on board and may be required to transport other individuals or cover as a Travel Escort to assist another driver with the transportation of SEND children and young people to school. A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in providing safe and reliable transportation services.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Enhanced DBS check and experience in driving a minibus. You should also be able to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you may be required to communicate with parents or guardians regarding any issues that arise during transportation. On-site parking is available free of charge at Sandy Park.
