Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Strategist to join our team and drive business expansion in EMEA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of reaching $1M+ annual quota in B2B SaaS sales. You will develop a robust prospection and expansion strategy, focusing on key industries, companies, and personas. Your expertise in net new logo acquisition and farming from existing accounts will be invaluable in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive plan for achieving assigned quotas
- Qualify opportunities and articulate Cyara's value proposition
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to customers' needs
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
- Negotiate agreements and handle customer objections

Requirements:
- Proven B2B SaaS sales experience with a demonstrated track record of reaching $1M+ annual quota
- Industry knowledge around CX/Customer experience, contact centers, chatbots, or quality assurance
- Experience selling in UK/EMEA with a network of customers in various sectors
- Strong problem-solving, proactive, and learning attitude
- Strong cross-department collaboration and team spirit
- Familiarity with remote work and strong work ethic
- Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum based on experience
