Business Growth Strategist

At Blue Legal, we're seeking a skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of BD & Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies, focusing on expanding our presence in the manufacturing and logistics sector. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with senior personnel to identify new business opportunities and coach them on effective sales techniques.
- Developing marketing materials, such as brochures and credentials, to showcase our capabilities and promote our services.
- Representing Blue Legal at conferences and events to build relationships and establish the company as a thought leader in the industry.
This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, issues, and opportunities, as well as experience working in B2B or professional services environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build relationships with clients and prospects, negotiate effectively, and meet sales targets.
The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
