This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, maintaining our digital presence, and managing client relationships. You will be working within a small and friendly office.

Key Responsibilities of an Office Administrator

* Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or social media, providing excellent customer service.

* Address client questions and concerns promptly, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team member.

* Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

* Regularly update and maintain the company's website with the latest content and information.

* Manage client bookings efficiently, ensuring all reservations are accurately recorded and communicated.

* Monitor social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and interact with followers to build a positive online presence.

Key Competencies of an Office Administrator

* Previous Administration experience is desirable but this role could also suit a college/school leaver

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
