As an Office Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks to support the smooth running of the office. From booking jobs in the computer system to managing the end of day reports, your role will be instrumental in ensuring that everything runs seamlessly. Here are some of the key responsibilities:

Book jobs in the computer system and complete relevant paperwork in a timely manner.
Log work hours and material requisitions against jobs.
Take incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate staff members.
Generate preliminary invoices on delivered jobs on a daily basis.
Provide support to the Office Manager, including deputising for them when necessary.
Actively manage the order number log and work with salespeople to ensure timely order processing.
Assist in the Workshop Office or with the Purchasing Clerk during busy periods.
Manage the addition and changes to accounts within the CRM system.To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with others are essential. Previous experience in an administrative role would be advantageous.

This is a temporary-to-permanent position with an hourly rate of £12.15. The role does not require driving, and parking is available nearby with a short 19-minute walk to the office. Take this opportunity to join their team and make a difference in their day-to-day operations
