Administrative Assistant

**Duties**
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file management
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organising and managing the marketing calendar, staying ahead of deadlines, upcoming events, and awards.
- Managing customer feedback portals, requesting reviews, responding to reviews, and sharing reviews.
- Helping with social media campaigns, ensuring connections are up to date.
- Keep staff updated with marketing and wider business activities, encouraging knowledge sharing.
- Webinar administration
- Events preparation
- Updating marketing materials when required.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Experience working in Marketing Administration would be beneficial but is not essential.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 12 per week
