Administrative Coordinator

The Recruitment Group is looking for a highly motivated and organised Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Enstone. This role involves providing administrative support to the sales and aftersales teams, handling customer inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong attention to detail.
Main duties include:
- Managing incoming sales and stock orders
- Preparation and processing of invoices and purchase orders
- Supporting the aftersales department with service, repair, and warranty administration
- Establishing and maintaining customer and supplier accounts
- Maintaining phone lists and company vehicle schedules
- Assisting with credit control tasks as necessary
- Organising travel arrangements for staff
- Procuring office supplies
Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum.
