The Burford Recruitment Company are delighted to be working on behalf of an UHNW family to find an experienced private PA / Housekeeper to join the team on a contract basis (3-6 months). The family are friendly with a great relationship with all the staff. You will join a lovely team in the household which includes an Estate Manager, Chauffeur, Housekeeper and cleaner.
You will be an integral part of the team collaborating with the other members of staff to ensure the household is running smoothly. Duties will include aspects of PA, Housekeeping (including laundry) and cooking.
Responsibilities include:
* Family Travel: Arrange flights, trains, taxis, hotels, and itineraries for UK and overseas travel.
* Diary Management: Organise schedules and appointments.
* Handle personal administrative tasks.
* Arrange procurement, manage purchases and handle returns.
* Organising Personal Events: Coordinate estate fete, corporate shoots, birthday parties, Christmas drinks, etc.
* Payment of Suppliers.
* Organising and maintaining the home office.
* Organise weekly deliveries and plan meals accordingly.
* Meal Preparation for Lunch & Dinners.
* Wardrobe Maintenance/Ironing: Maintain wardrobes and handle ironing.
* Liaising with other staff members to assist with house management.

* Reliable: Dependable and trustworthy.
* Problem Solving: Able to address issues efficiently.
* Excellent Time and Organisational Skills: Manages time effectively and keeps tasks organized.
Additional Information:
* The household has a team consisting of a Driver, Estate Manager, Housekeeper, and Cleaner.
* It's essential that the candidate works well in a team and communicates effectively with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the household.
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
* Current UK residents and visa holders only will be considered
