Due to an exciting period of growth, Kenny Waste Management are recruiting for an Invoicing Assistant to support our Invoicing team within the business.

Kenny Waste Management have been providing an environmentally safe and controlled waste management service for over 30 years, and with continuous investment we now process over 15,000 tonnes of waste each month.

**JOB DUTIES**
- To ensure all incoming invoices are checked and passed for payment.
- To ensure all sales invoices are issued by the monthly deadline.
- Handling telephone enquiries and managing National/Regional customer invoicing queries.
- To deal with incoming queries and ensure that each query is resolved quickly and efficiently to give the best customer service.
- Maintaining of relevant spreadsheets.
- Responsible for raising credit/debit notes.
- To assist the Invoicing Administrative Assistant with National waste reports when required.
- Perform tasks that comply with the company’s audit processes such as supplier balancing purchase invoices.
- Work closely with other departments in the office to ensure a smooth invoicing process from start to finish.
- Providing the highest level of customer service, at all times.
- Any other duties appropriate to your role.

**EXPERIENCE**

Essential:

- Experience of dealing with large volumes of invoices.
- Previous experience of working part of an accounts department.

Desirable:

- Previous customer service experience as working part of a team.
- Previous experience as part of a self
- directed team or experience of managing own workload.

**SKILLS**

Essential:

- Highly conscientious, diligent, self-motivating and enthusiastic.
- Highly organised with an ability to manage own time.
- Must possess a strong eye for detail.
- Numerate, literate and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop new skills and take instruction from all levels of management.

Desirable:

- Ability to constantly juggle priorities to suit business demands.

**QUALIFICATONS**

Essential:

- Maths & English GCSE or equivalent.

**KNOWLEDGE**

Essential:

- Good understanding of Purchase/ Sales invoice processing.
