Job Summary

The Administrative Support Assistant will work closely with our Practice Managers to provide administrative support, manage workload, and free up time for other tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Practice Managers, including data entry, word processing, and scanning.
  • Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to patient inquiries, manage correspondence, and maintain a positive image of the practice.
  • Process invoices, manage payroll, and maintain organized records.
  • Support the Practice Managers in managing office systems, including managing absences and rotas.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the practice.
