Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Co-Practice Managers, helping them to manage their workload and free up their time.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Co-Practice Managers, including data entry, word processing, and scanning.
- Organize and attend meetings, taking minutes as required.
- Reply to correspondence and screen phone calls, dealing with enquiries as necessary.
- Run clinical searches and audits, and complete monthly claims and invoicing.
- Support monthly payroll and maintain organized records.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Organize and maintain office systems, including managing absence and rotas.
- Provide general assistance to Co-Practice Managers and project a positive image to patients and visitors.
Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with:
- GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths.
