Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing the Director's diary and workload, performing general administrative tasks, and booking appointments/meetings with potential clients.

There is also a level of sales to the job role. The perfect candidate will also conduct sales calls to potential customers. If proven to be successful, you may have the opportunity to go out and sell on their own as well as with the Managing Director.

This role will be 24 hours a week: Monday - Thursday from 9am - 3pm, with a degree of flexibility.

The salary is £25,000 Pro Rata.

As this role may require you to attend special events, exhibitions & meetings, any extra hours will be catered for accordingly.

This is an on-site job role based in Bolton. Local people are preferred.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in diary management and administrative assistance
  • Experience in a sales based role
  • Clerical skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Telephone/Telesales Experience
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Incentives/Bonuses

If the Personal Assistant proves to be successful and meets certain targets set, there will be rewarding bonuses.
