Office Assistant/Mail Collector Coordinator

The project coordinator is responsible for managing administrative aspects of client and company projects, tracking and monitoring of project progress with regards to deadlines and client needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating frequently with team members and management.

2 parts to the job- admin and manual handling/ production. collecting and arranging in coming mail (manual), using a scanning machine to scan all questionnaires, staff survey and mail, in put them into a data base that company use. coding the mails/ questionnaires correctly.
They will also be packing the questionnaire packs, letters, language leaflets.
they will be loading the pallet trucks, element of manual handling
operating machines to eg. scanning machine.

Operating envelope inserting machinery, production printers, data capture scanners, guillotines and letter openers
Processing outgoing survey materials ready for despatch
Picking and packing questionnaires to be couriered to clients
Opening and sorting incoming post
Working with the company’s bespoke database
Coding and inputting survey information and comments as necessary
Preparing mailing items for despatch, including booking these via online portal.
Routine machinery and office maintenance
Filing and archiving
Regular use of MS Excel
Previous project coordination experience
- Computer knowledge and interest

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field
