Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Front Office Coordinator to be an integral part of our team, responsible for managing daily logistical operations.
Work Environment:
This role will be situated within a dynamic warehouse setting.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are registered in our systems.
2. Provide essential information regarding site safety protocols and emergency procedures.
3. Oversee vehicle access to the parking area.
4. Coordinate orders, deliveries, and refreshments throughout the facility.
5. Organize meeting spaces and workstations in the main office.
6. Handle incoming and outgoing mail for both operational and administrative teams.
7. Supervise cleanliness and hygiene assessments.
8. Manage electric vehicle charging stations.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in a front office or administrative role is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident in engaging with individuals at all levels.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to additional responsibilities as needed.
