Studio Administrator Role

As a Studio Administrator, you'll be part of a team that serves consumers with the world's best sports, premium, and luxury brands globally. Your mission will be to elevate the retail experience for our consumers through our collection of established brands, including Sports Direct, FLANNELS, USC, Frasers, and GAME.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain internal reports, including the studio stock tracker, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Support the Senior Admin Coordinator with invoicing, POs, and SOs, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
Track and update all financial records, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
Assist with budget management and reporting, providing valuable insights to the team.
Liaise with the QC team to report product issues and ensure a smooth workflow.
Collaborate with stylists and photographers to ensure the successful execution of photoshoots.
Communicate workflow and discuss any issues with the Senior Admin Coordinator, ensuring seamless operations.
Perform administrative day-to-day duties, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the team.
Ability to work independently within a team environment, with a methodical and thorough approach to work.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing workloads.
Good IT skills, specifically a good working knowledge of MS Office.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and priorities.
