Office Coordinator

Pertemps Bond, a distinguished leader in the Supply Chain sector, is in search of an Office Coordinator to fulfill a crucial role in managing daily logistical operations.
This position will be situated within a warehouse setting.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8am to 4pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and registering visitors, ensuring compliance with company protocols.
- Providing essential information regarding site Health and Safety and Fire regulations.
- Overseeing access to the parking facilities.
- Coordinating orders, deliveries, and refreshments throughout the premises.
- Managing meeting spaces and workstations in the main office.
- Handling both incoming and outgoing mail for operational and administrative teams.
- Conducting cleanliness and hygiene assessments.
- Supervising electric vehicle charging stations.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in Reception and Administrative roles is essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confidence in engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
