As a Commercial Project Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in organising and managing sales-related initiatives and projects within Crux. In this role, you will collaborate with senior management to plan, manage and deliver sales projects and campaigns to achieve our goals, strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs). Principal Responsibilities Managing cross-functional teams to deliver multiple sales projects effectively. Providing project management activities for sales campaigns alongside our marketing pushes. Creating detailed project plans, setting milestones and managing risks. Monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Managing and allocating resource for sales projects and managing interdependences between client projects. Managing the budget allocated for sales projects and campaigns, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that expenditures are within budget constraints. Collaborating with sales representatives to gather feedback and insights for program improvements. Liaising with events and conferences, including handling presentation content, conference stand bookings, and event sponsorship. Overseeing content release post-meeting. A minimum of 3 years’ project management experience with a track-record of delivering successful projects. Strong organisational and time management skills. Experience of planning tasks and defining project scope, goals and deliverables. Ability to track project progress and deliver projects on time and within budget. Experience working within a commercial environment.An industry recognised Project Management qualification or certification.
