Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage cross-functional teams to deliver multiple sales projects effectively.
  • Sales Campaign Management: Provide project management activities for sales campaigns alongside our marketing pushes.
  • Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, set milestones, and manage risks.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources for sales projects and manage interdependencies between client projects.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for sales projects and campaigns, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that expenditures are within budget constraints.
  • Feedback and Insights: Collaborate with sales representatives to gather feedback and insights for program improvements.
  • Event Management: Liaise with events and conferences, including handling presentation content, conference stand bookings, and event sponsorship.
  • Content Release: Oversee content release post-meeting.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' project management experience with a track-record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience of planning tasks and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ability to track project progress and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working within a commercial environment.
  • An industry-recognized Project Management qualification or certification.
