Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce projects from start to finish.
  • Engage with cross-disciplinary teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to establish project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes.
  • Create and oversee comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, guaranteeing timely and within-scope project delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business and technical teams, serving as a key liaison to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and proactively addressing any challenges or risks that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, particularly with Salesforce implementations and integrations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for managing and inspiring teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Salesforce certifications (PMP, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are highly advantageous.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on achieving results.
